How to Install Gears TV Reloaded IPTV

Gears TV Reloaded installation will be a two-part process as follows:

– In the First Part, we will buy the Gears TV Reloaded IPTV subscription
– In the Second Part, we will download and install Gears TV Reloaded APK on FireStick

Part 1: Buy the Gears TV Reloaded Subscription

Gears TV Reloaded requires a web subscription. Therefore, you will either need a computer or a mobile device. Follow the steps below:

7- Go ahead and open the Downloader app

Click where it says ‘http’ on the right part

8- Type in the following path carefully https://www.firesticktricks.com/gears

Recheck the URL once to verify you entered it correctly

Click GO

9- Wait while the Gears TV Reloaded IPTV APK gets downloaded onto your FireStick storage. It may take a minute

10- Click Install when this prompt is displayed

How to Access Gears TV Reloaded IPTV on FireStick

Let’s first quickly see how to access this app. Here are the options:

– Go to FireStick Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Gears TV Reloaded > Launch Application

– Long press the Home key on your FireStick remote. Click Apps when the prompt appears. Scroll down and click Gears TV

When you run the app for the first time, the following disclaimer is displayed. Click Accept to proceed

Next, click Allow to grant the necessary permission to Gears TV app

A prompt slides out from the left asking ‘Does your device have a touch screen?’

Since we are using this app on FireStick, click NO

Enter the Service Username and Passwordyou created during registration

How to Use the Multi-View Feature of Gears TV Reloaded FireStick app

The Multi-View feature lets you view multiple streams simultaneously on the same screen. You can stream up to 4 channels at a time.

However, do remember that your ability to stream multiple channels is limited by the number of streams your plan allows. The $19 plan we bought earlier for demonstration purposes in this guide only allows 1 stream at a time. 2, 3, and 4 simultaneous streams cost you $35, $50 and $55 respectively

Also, multiple streams use more internet bandwidth. Therefore, to use the Multi-View feature, you must have a fairly fast connection.

This is how the Multi-View window looks like when nothing is streaming

Select and click the block in which you wish to stream. A popup menu will slide out from the left. Choose the desired category followed by the channel you wish to stream

Once the channel starts streaming in the selected block, click another block and follow the above step again

You can have up to 4 channels running at the same time (if your plan allows)

How to Reset/Recover Gears TV Reloaded Passwords

There are two passwords associated with Gears TV Reloaded:

1- Online account password: This is the password you create on the payments page (Part 1: Step 6). This password is used with your registered email address to log into your online account in a web browser. This password is NOT used for the Gears TV app login

2- Service password (for app login): This is the password you use to log into the Gears TV app (created Part 1: Step 4)

Reset Online Account Password

To reset your online account password, follow the steps below:

Recover or Reset Gears TV App Password (Service Password)

Gears TV Reloaded is a solid IPTV app for FireStick with a lot of features. It has an updated and active program guide. The Multi-View feature lets you stream multiple channels at the same time. There are hundreds of channels to choose from. A lot of channels can be streamed in 1080p quality. Majority of the streams are always online.

The only drawback of Gears TV Reloaded FireStick app is that it is costlier than other apps I have come across. The basic plan costs $19 for a single screen if you want the EPG. If you want it on up to 4 devices, you must pay $55 a month. That seems like a bit too much. Sportz TV offers 4 screens and just about the same number of channels for less than half the price.

Nevertheless, Gears TV Reloaded is well maintained and offers superior IPTV experience.
