Outside of business hours: This feature is based on what you’ve specified as your business hours on your profile. Once set, away messages will be automatically sent if any reply is received outside the business hours.

How To Select The Recipients:

Everyone to send the automated message to anyone who messages you after the time you have set as being away from your phone.

Everyone not in the address book to send the automated message to numbers that are not saved in your contacts.
Everyone except… to send the automated message to all numbers except a select few.
Only send to… to send the automated message to select recipients.
